 Martin Dallaire

Mr. Dallaire obtained an engineering degree from the Université du Québec in Chicoutimi in 1992. Mr. Dallaire has more than ten years of experience in the financial industry, with particular expertise in managing and financing junior mining companies. His experience includes strategic planning, corporate structuring and reorganization, sourcing and structuring public and private financings, due diligence reviews and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dallaire has also been a member of the Surveillance Committee of the FÉRIQUE Funds since 2005, is also president of Fieldex Exploration and Visible Gold Mines.
 Sebastien Plouffe, Bba,
Vice-President and Director
Sébastien Plouffe – Vice-President and Director: Mr. Plouffe graduated in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.A.A.) from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (H.E.C.-Montreal). From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Plouffe was an Investment Adviser for various Canadian brokerage firms such as Nesbitt Burns and Canaccord Capital, in which he achieved the President’s Club level for his performance and excellent portfolio managing. Since 2003, he worked as a consultant for small to mid-cap companies by financing their projects and advises them in the process of achieving their goals, mainly in the mining industry. In 2006, he launched Sediamek Inc., an Investment Banking, Merger & Acquisitions Company which specialized in developing, managing, structuring and financing different projects and organizations. Through the years, Mr. Plouffe has developed business and financial relation in North America and Europe by doing strategic partnerships.
 Dr. Xin Zhao
Director
Dr. Xin Zhao is a professor and formal chair of Animal Science Department at McGill University. He has been a consultant for a few life science companies and he is an independent corporate director.
 Richard Patricio
Director
Mr. Patricio is Vice-President, Corporate and Legal Affairs of Pinetree
Capital Ltd., an investment and merchant banking firm listed on the Toronto
Stock Exchange, and has several years of experience in the mining and
resource industry. He is also a director of two other companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
 Sylvain Champagne, B.B.A.
Chief Financial Officer, Director
Sylvain Champagne. (B.B.A. 1992, Université du Québec Abitibi-Temiskaming) is the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Mr.Champagne is also Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Fieldex Exploration Inc. and Visible Gold Mines Inc.
 Mr. Sheldon Inwentash, CA

As Chairman and CEO, Sheldon Inwentash is responsible for creating the overall strategic vision and setting the direction for Pinetree. A true entrepreneur, Sheldon began his investing career while still working to attain his Chartered Accountant designation in 1981. Over the last 15 years, Sheldon has started four significant businesses, including Pinetree Capital Ltd., Visible Genetics Inc., Mega Uranium Ltd., and Brownstone Ventures; three of which he still runs. Under his leadership, Pinetree has become a diversified strategic investment, financial advisory and merchant banking firm.
Sheldon brings more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry and a deep understanding of progressive investment and financial management strategies. A resource and commodity industry expert, Sheldon has been successfully investing in the resource market for most of his career.
In addition to his role at Pinetree (TSX:PNP), Sheldon is the Chairman and CEO of Mega Uranium (TSX:MGA), one of the fastest growing junior mining companies, identifying and acquiring global uranium properties. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Brownstone Ventures (TSX:BWN), an energy-focused investment company with direct interests in oil and gas properties around the world.
